Consent to personal data processing

Pursuant to Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006, I hereby freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data by sole proprietor Grigory Petrovich Dmitrenko (OGRNIP 324237500322572, INN 541077263701), registered at: Sochi, Troitskaya St. 31/2, Russian Federation (the “Operator”), in connection with use of the Turbotables service (the “Service”), available at https://turbotabl.es and on connected domains.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject).

The Operator’s processing of personal data is also governed by the Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) published on the Service website. This English version is provided for international readers; where this English version and the Russian version conflict, the Russian version prevails, except where mandatory law of the data subject’s country of residence cannot be waived by contract.

Categories of personal data

This Consent covers processing of the following personal data.

Data required for registration

  • email address;
  • the fact and time of giving consent to personal-data processing (checking the box in the registration / invitation-acceptance form).

Data that may be provided later

As I use the Service, I may voluntarily provide, or may need to provide for certain features (profile, invoicing, integrations including product-marking systems such as “Chestny Znak”, counterparty identification, etc.):

  • surname, given name, patronymic;
  • phone number;
  • tax identification number (INN);
  • OGRNIP (for sole proprietors) and/or OGRN (for legal entities);
  • organisation name;
  • registered address;
  • postal address;
  • bank account details;
  • SNILS — where needed for documents or legal compliance;
  • other details needed for invoicing and integrations.

Data collected automatically

  • IP address;
  • cookies and similar technologies;
  • device, browser, and Service-usage information as needed for security, operation of the Service, and (where cookie consent is given) analytics.

Processing operations

I consent to the Operator performing the following operations on my personal data, with or without automated means: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, disclosure (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, erasure, destruction, and any other operations provided by applicable Russian law and the Policy.

Personal data may be shared with processors engaged by the Operator to operate the Service (hosting, email delivery, web analytics where cookie consent is given, payment services when enabled), to the extent and on the terms described in the Policy, and where required by Russian law.

Purposes of processing

This Consent is given for processing my personal data for the following purposes:

  • providing access to the Service, registration, and authentication;
  • entering into, performing, and terminating the contract to use the Service (including by accepting the Offer), as well as performing obligations under the contract with the Customer (platform User) who works with this data subject;
  • operating the Service, including multi-tenant architecture, subdomains, and Customer custom domains;
  • handling inquiries, requests, and messages;
  • invoicing, accepting payments, and accounting / tax compliance;
  • supporting integrations used by the Customer (including product-marking systems such as “Chestny Znak”);
  • sending service (transactional) notices related to use of the Service (invitations, registration confirmation, access recovery, security notices, and material changes to terms);
  • securing the Service and preventing fraud and misuse;
  • improving the Service and analysing usage statistics (including via Yandex Metrica) — where cookie consent is required and given;
  • complying with duties imposed on the Operator by Russian law;
  • handling claims and protecting the Operator’s rights;
  • providing technical support.

The Operator does not send advertising or marketing emails.

Duration and withdrawal

This Consent is effective from the moment it is given until withdrawal, or until the purposes of processing are achieved (or no longer need to be achieved), unless a different period is required by Russian law or contract, and for the retention periods set out in the Policy (including after account deletion, to the extent the Operator must retain data by law).

Consent may be withdrawn by sending a notice to info@turbotabl.es. Withdrawal may make further use of the Service impossible.

If I withdraw consent, the Operator may continue processing personal data without consent where permitted under paragraphs 2–11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10, and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006 (and under any other non-consent legal bases that apply, including contract performance where relevant).

How consent is given

Consent is given electronically by checking a separate box in the Service registration form or invitation-acceptance form. Without checking that box, registration and account creation are not possible.
