Import from Excel and CSV

Upload a spreadsheet — the system detects the structure and prompts you to map file columns to database fields. Once the mapping is saved, parsing runs in the background: progress is visible in real time without a page reload.

What You Can Import

Supported imports include clients and contractors, order line items, product units, packing lists with boxes, packing templates, supplier pricelists, and much more. Each file type is parsed by its own parser with dedicated validation logic.

Marking Code Files

Upload Chestnyi Znak code files directly into an order. The system parses them and links codes to the relevant product units. Sticker files generated for large volumes are also stored as attachments.

Table Export

Any table in the system can be exported to CSV or Excel. Invoices and packing lists are exported to PDF.

Deal Attachments

Attach files to specific orders or pricelists. Upload multiple files at once — the system creates a separate record for each one. All attachments are linked to the creator and upload date.
