Services and Fares
Create a library of services with a machine-readable code, unit of measure (units, hours, flat rate, kg, m³), and accounting categories for income and expenses. A service added to a deal automatically fills in the unit and calculates the amount.
Create service fares broken down by client. A fare is defined as a price per unit with currency, minimum and maximum total amount, and validity period. Copy an existing fare in one click to quickly create a similar one.
Add range conditions to a fare — for example, price per kg for weights between 100 and 500 kg. Metrics are taken directly from the deal: amount, number of packages, weight, volume, volumetric weight. The system automatically selects the applicable fare when calculating services.
Fares are set in any currency from the reference book. When generating an invoice, the system converts amounts to the client's currency at the current or fixed rate. Exchange rates are updated automatically.
Each service is linked to income and expense categories — when you issue an invoice, the transaction automatically hits the correct accounting category. No more manually specifying where to post each payment.
