Configurable user roles
Create user groups and assign each a precise set of permissions: read-only deals, or create and edit them, or manage finances — configured separately for each section of the system.
Invite a client as a system user — they will only see their own deals, their product catalog, and their marking codes. Manage their marking and shipments from within their account without mixing data across clients.
A packer sees only the orders to be assembled and can scan packages — without access to prices or finances. Ready-made role sets are available for factories: factory manager, production staff, packer, client.
Enable 2FA login via hardware key or authenticator app. For accounts with elevated security requirements, 2FA can be made mandatory. All active sessions are visible in the profile — extra sessions can be terminated remotely.
